Functions/Responsibilities
1. Regularly monitor the area to detect any instances of ragging.
2. Conduct surprise inspections in areas where ragging is likely to occur.
3. If any incidents are detected, promptly assess the situation, take necessary action, and inform the control cell using the provided form.
4. Ensure that anti-ragging instructions are displayed prominently in high-traffic areas.
